Note that the application process requires you to send application materials to two different offices, the University Graduate School Office of Admission, and the Plant Pathology Departmental office. Some of the materials requested by the two officesarethe same. Whereas the Graduate School requires official copies of all transcripts and test scores, the Plant Pathology Department accepts copies of these documents.

Mail the departmental application materials to:

At the departmental level, there are two major requirements for admission:

The Department strongly advises you to submit yourapplication materials by Febuary 1st prior to the fall semester you intend to start your program.of study. Funding for graduate students is competitive and usually comes in the form of an Assistantship or Fellowship. Usually these are awarded to students intending to begin their programs in the Fall semester. To receive full consideration for funding, the Department strongly encourages applicants to submit their full application materials for Fall semester before February 1.
