Inclusions of Broad Bean Wilt Fabavirus

Broad bean wilt fabavirus induces two types of inclusions, vacuolate amorphous inclusions (upper left) and cystalloid inclusions (upper right and lower left). The picture in the lower right is a overview of an epidermal strip at low magnification. These inclusions also stain in OG. In OG the amorphous inclusions stain olive brown and the cystalloid inclusions stain green.
