Tobacco Ringspot Nepovirus

When epidermal tissue infected with tobacco ring spot is stained with Azure A three types of inclusions can be found. One is an irregular vacuolate inclusion (left). The second is irregular but not vacuolate and the third is crystalloid (right). When stained in O-G the vacuolate inclusion stains olive brown, while the other inclusions stain green.
