About

My name is Chun-Hsiang Wang (Sean Wang), I come from Taiwan. I started my PhD degree in Fall 2022 in the Department of Plant Pathology at University of Florida, working with Dr Mathews Paret, and Dr. Jeffery Rollins.

  • Research

    I have many years of research and outreach experience working on plant disease management, and I also have many practical experiences in developing solutions to prevent the spread of plant diseases. My previous work concentrates on plant disease diagnosis and biological control of diseases of watermelon, chayote melon, and onion crops. I currently work with Alternaria leaf blight on carrot in Florida. My research is focused on the plant disease management of ALB on carrot
