Applications
Plant diseases don't stop at state or international borders. Developed by UF/IFAS researchers, these applications help growers manage risks to their crops in Florida, across the nation and around the world. The applications aim to save time, money and other resources through the sharing of information among growers, scientists and the public.

Strawberry Advisory System
Developed by Dr. Clyde Fraisse and Professor of Plant Pathology Dr. Natalia Peres, the Strawberry Advisory System evaluates anthracnose and botrytis risk, guiding optimal timing for fungicidal applications while maintaining effective fruit rot control for strawberry growers.

Robigus
Developed by Assistant Professor of Plant Pathology Dr. Braham Dhillon, Robigus is an initiative to catalog and map plant diseases globally using analysis of Plant Disease Note (PDN) titles published by the American Phytopathological Society (APS) over 45 years.

Blueberry Advisory System
Developed by Dr. Clyde Fraisse and Professor of Plant Pathology Dr. Natlia Peres, the Blueberry Advisory System helps growers manage anthracnose fruit rot by predicting disease-favorable weather, suggesting best time for fungicide use, cutting costs, and supporting sustainable practice.

Citrus Advisory System
Developed by Dr. Clyde Fraisse and Associate Professor of Plant Pathology Dr. Megan Dewdney, the Citrus Advisory System is a web-based disease alert system that uses Florida weather data to model post-bloom fruit drop risk, helping growers make timely, data-driven copper spray decisions for effective disease management.

Citrus Copper Application Scheduler
Developed by Dr. Clyde Fraisse and Associate Professor of Plant Pathology Dr. Megan Dewdney, the Citrus Copper Application Scheduler monitors rainfall and estimates copper residue levels on citrus cultivars, helping growers time applications for effective post-bloom fruit drop control and disease management.

Watermelon Wilt Risk Calculator
Developed by Dr. Clyde Fraisse and Associate Professor of Plant Pathology Dr. Nick Dufault, the Watermelon Wilt Risk Calculator estimates fusarium wilt risk based on environment and management practices, helping growers make informed, cost-effective disease control decisions.
