About
My research focuses on plant RNA biology, particularly the molecular mechanisms underlying viroid replication and host–pathogen interactions. I received my Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from Mississippi State University in 2022 and completed postdoctoral training at Mississippi State University and the University of Florida before joining UF as a research scientist. My work integrates molecular biology, plant pathology, and computational structural prediction to understand how small noncoding RNAs hijack host cellular machinery.
