Jessica serves as the coordinator for the Plant Pathology graduate program. She is the primary contact for all graduate students. Some of her duties include recruitment, admissions, course scheduling, Fifield and PSF classroom scheduling, and academic advising (course registration, degree requirements, transfer of credits, etc.)

Administrative Specialist III
Treva serves as administrative specialist to Mathews Paret, Chair. Her role complements the overall management of the department. Some of Treva's duties include keeping the chair's calendar, biweekly payroll processing, leave records reconciliation, HR liaison, Gator 1 Card authorizations and departmental security administration (DSA).

Karri serves as the first point of contact for faculty, staff, students and visitors. Her primary duties include asset management, space allocation reporting, key/office space assignment and reservation of state vehicles and conference rooms. Acts as backup for Administrative Specialist as needed. She also serves as the primary event coordinator.
