Between 2022 and 2024, timely diagnoses and management recommendations for tropical fruit, turf, and ornamental plant growers in Miami-Dade County collectively prevented over $9 million in potential losses and preserved significant crop yields, demonstrating substantial financial benefits through reduced disease spread, avoided unnecessary treatments and salvaged harvests.
