Zebra stripe symptoms start with mild green streaks extending from calyx (stem end) to blossom end of the fruit.

The spots may coalesce together and form elongated green markings which can be noticed in few or multiple fruits in a bunch.

Many of the green stripes disappear when the fruit ripens. The symptoms seems to be variety related.
